Let us teach you the art of cooking fresh and healthy Asian food such as curries, rice dishes, snacks, breads, chutneys, and so on. Our aim is to introduce you to the advantages of cooking for yourself and enjoying the benefits of freshly made food. We want to show that cooking an Indian meal can be fun and it doesn’t have to be difficult, time consuming, complicated or dependant on jars of sauces from the supermarket.

If you’re a complete beginner, an experienced cook looking for new ideas, flavours and recipes, or simply lack the confidence to put your ideas together you will learn to create meals to suit your tastes and lifestyle. Whether you are a Vegetarian, Vegan, Meat or Fish Lover, an Organic person, or suffer from allergies, you will find it here! All spices will be freshly ground for best results.

Everything from utensils to ingredients and spices necessary for the classes are provided, and best of all you get to feast on the delights.

The classes will be held by Lubna Zafar, born in Kashmir and raised in the UK. Lubna started her cooking career as Home Chef in the 90s catering for private parties. She then went on to start the Piece of Cake cooking club for children in North London. Over the years, Lubna has assisted several cookery clubs with preparing menus and workshops.
